Josh and family,
I spent many work days with Lonnie and his crew in the field in various projects. Lonnie was a great guy, always in a good mood, good worker, always mixed it up with his crews as a work leader! ONE OF THE BEST at Range. I personally will miss him, his humor and the serious side of our missions. I will greatly miss him as will all his prior work companions. I can still hear his voice…. My deepest heart felt sympathies to his family and friends. Romeo 23 will be greatly missed. So Sorry Josh…

Worked with Lonnie in 1982-83 at TASC. Had some great times working with Lonnie and the crew at the time, playing spades and horseshoes at lunch, he played allot of pranks on some. Great guy and excellent carpenter. RIP Lonnie, prayers for his family and friends.

He had a lot of fun at TASC as we did with all the “bad molds” I’ll never forget when I was at shop and accidentally filled his water jug with eye wash station…

Spent a lot of time at the Rogers’s house when I was younger. Lonnie was a great guy and raised his kids well. They all had been through alot together and it made them stronger. He left behind three great children that reflect his footprint in this world. And it’s a better place because of that. RIP Lonnie. Go Redskins

Thank you Frank. He did an amazing job raising us and that is his biggest pride. He was always happy to see you out and commented that you were a nice man and came right over and shook his hand. We will forever cherish those memories of him making burgers and dogs on grill.

I have so many memories with the entire Rogers family. Lonnie became one of my husband’s Bob’s best friends, it was Lonnie that encouraged Bob to ask me out. We spent the entire summer of 1985 together at the beach, BBQ’s and great family time. Through the years we watched each other’s kids grow and become very well-rounded adults and now parent themselves. Very proud of how well Lonnie raise his family, Bob and I always said we wanted the same. Lonnie you will be missed dearly but know you made a great impact on all those you came inContact with. Love Michelle M Le Jeune and Family!

I am so sorry for your loss. I have not seen Lonnie in years, but I will never forget him. When he was a student in shop class in about 1971, he built a lectern for my classroom which we moved to the new Thousand Islands High School building and I used it for the next twenty years. Lonnie was a kind, helpful man, and he will certainly be missed be all who knew him
