Ed and family, I was so shocked to read about Marlyne’s passing. I am so sorry for your loss. When she left the hospital I didnt keep up with her as I should have but I did see her the last time she was in as a patient and still considered her a good friend. May God give you the strength to get through this very rough time. Tell stories about her many quirks, celebrate her life and laugh between the tears, she would want that.

Ed, Scott, Linda, Cyndy and families – my deepest sympathies on the passing of Marlyne. She was like a second mother to me all those years we worked together and treated me as such. I have so many memories of her. Every year, faithfully, since I left the pharmacy, I received a birthday and Christmas card. I feel bad that I didn’t see her this past summer while I was at the cottage. She will certainly be missed. May your wonderful memories of her help bring you some peace during this difficult time.

Our family ties run 50 years or more from my childhood to the present. I have many fond memories of both you and Mrs. Radley and of the girls on the nights when the card games would run late and they would sleep in my bed. I wish God’s peace and healing touch upon your hearts and minds as you all recover from this tremendous loss. I will always remember her laugh.
