Mrs. Etta Lee Radley, 88, died Wednesday, Nov. 29th, at Carthage Area Hospital. She resided at Country Manor Nursing Home in Carthage since 2014.
Etta Lee was born August 28th, 1929, in North Carolina, the daughter of William and Florence Outz Barker Sr.
She attended Belleville schools, and graduated from the Clayton Central School.
On September 7th, 1947, she married Donald Radley at Asbury Methodist Church in Watertown. Mr. Radley died August 23rd, 2010, at age 85.
Etta Lee was a Bookkeeper for Watertown Agway, retiring after many years in 1990.
She loved crocheting and needle point.
Surviving are two children, Mike of Depauville, and Carol Dufresne of Browns Corners; one son in law, Philip Zang of Richland; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a brother Thomas of Watertown; nieces and nephews.
A daughter, Linda Zang, a son in law Arthur Dufresne, and two brothers, Arthur and William, all died before her.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, December 5th, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm, at the T.R. Jetty Funeral Home in Clayton. The Funeral will be held 11am Wednesday, December 6th, at the Funeral Home with Reverend Don Briant officiating.
Burial will be held at a later date in the Depauville Cemetery.
