Dear Ian and Mikayla,
I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. You are both much too young to miss these years with your father. I know it has been a struggle the last few years. Find comfort in these tough times that this may be the best and most pain free way. In quiet moments after this crazy week is over, be attentive to those moments of a strange feeling he is with you, because he will be…. always. Keep his memories alive and tell stories and talk about him often. As a brother and sister keep each close there will be nothing more important as you move though life.
With much love,
Mrs. Maria VanPelt
