My prayers are with all of you. Mrs. Harrington was so kind to me way back in 7th grade. She asked me to accompany the chorus with guitar after she learned I taught myself how to play. She was a wonderful teacher and always was supportive to her students.
Peace and blessings,

Diane and family, my sincere sympathy on the loss of your mother. She was a great lady and wonderful musician. Holding you close in my thoughts and my heart.

My lovely Aunt Beverly gets to rest in peace now. Her accomplishments were many, not the least of which were raising a blended family. Wife, Mom, Step-Mom, Music Teacher, Choir Conductor, Coordinator of fun and meals….. She also took great care of her brother and his family, and was an integral part of passing on the love of the River to all she knew. I will miss watching Lawrence Welk re-runs with her and I will miss how we used to laugh about ‘watching golf is like watching paint dry.’ I extend my sympathy to us all– Je t’aime Tante Beverly.
Nous Nous reverrons!
Love, Dawn

I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Beverly; one of my favorites is when we (with cousin Diane) took a late-October swim at Bartlett Point, when her age was significantly higher than the temperature of the River! We all came out with blue lips, which we quickly resolved with a nice glass of wine! Aunt Beverly, I know you are smiling (and laughing) down at us, surrounded by Uncle Jim, all of the Grandmas and Grandpas, Dad, and Sam and your beloved kitty cats! Much love to you always!

I met Aunt Beverly through her niece Kathy Allen and her daughter Diane on my visits to Cape Vincent. I will always remember the twinkle in her eye and her lovely smile. Her spirit will always be with us. Solace to her family.

Debbie Nadolski and Family
I was so sorry to read of the recent passing of Bev. The Nadolski Family felt so welcomed to the neighborhood by Bev and Jim when we purchased the cottage next to them in 1987. They let us use their dock until we built one, and they “tolerated” young Nick and Lora running all around. They shared their love of The River with us and its history. I was always amazed to see Bev walking down the steps in her swimsuit and cap to go swimming on an almost daily basis in her beloved river – often when I felt it was too cold! Bev and Jim will always be a part of our family’s River memories. Please accept our condolences.
