Russ & Terry, wishing you strength during this time. Your mom was kind and sweet and always opened the door for me. Heavens Gates are now open for her. May she rest in peace.

I am sorry to hear of Maria’s passing. She was always kind to the Ada family.
Not being a native New Yorker, having moved here from Germany I often found many people in Clayton cold and suspicious of so called “outsiders”. However your mother Maria was a wonderful exception. It always made my day to see her while shopping in Clayton. She always greeted me with a warm smile and hello. She radiated love and kindness. I will truly miss seeing her in Clayton but have not doubt she has gone to a more wonderful place.
Terry and Russ,
So sorry for your loss. I wanted to get one more bowl of fruit salad to your mother before her passing. She was kind and a great neighbor to those around her. She loved her dinners across the street with family. She is missed.
