Mrs. Betty J. Dodge, 88, died Monday, May 22nd, at the Samaritan Keep Home in Watertown. Services will be private at the family’s convenience.
Betty was born January 5th, 1929, in the Town of Orleans, the daughter of Fred and Elizabeth Timmerman.
She married Neil J. Dodge, who died before her.
Betty worked at various hospitals in the North Country, and also was a bartender at many bar and restaurant establishments.
She enjoyed bingo, reading, and in the past few years spending time with her daughters.
Surviving are two daughters, Shari and her companion Mike of Hammond, and Cathy (Dave) Parker of Cape Vincent; three sons, Neil of Clayton, Craig (Becky) of Watertown, and Ron (Christine) of New Jersey; a son in law, Al Gotham of Watertown; and grandchildren.
Two daughters, Judy Gotham who died April 15th at age 70, and Donna LaBow, died before her.
