Mr. Ronald L. Dorr, 60, died on Friday, December 16th, at his residence. A burial will be in the Spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Ron was born November 17th, 1962, in Watertown, the son of Frederick J. and Gertrude Reff Dorr Jr. He attended 1000 Island Schools.
He worked for various construction and carpentry companies in the Jefferson County area. In his younger years he worked in Europe for construction companies.
Ron enjoyed listening to his music, loved having company at his house, and having a few drinks with his friends.
He is survived by two sisters, Penny (Rick) Scales of Cape Vincent, and Edith (Tom) Norton of LaFargeville; one brother, Rick (Cheryl) of Cape Vincent; nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he is pre-deceased by his brother Marvin (Les).
Donations can be made in his name to the Cape Vincent Volunteer Ambulance Squad, 241 East Broadway, Cape Vincent, NY 13618.
