Ruth A. Garnsey, 67, passed away April 18 at her residence under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County.
Per her wishes, there will be a limited obituary.
She is survived by her daughter Tanya Perry of Watertown and her companion Cheryl.
Services will be private with burial in Clayton Cemetery.
Donations can be made in her name to Hospice of Jefferson County, 1398 Gotham Street Road, Watertown, NY 13601.
