Ruth A. Garnsey, 67, passed away April 18 at her residence under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County.
Per her wishes, there will be a limited obituary.
She is survived by her daughter Tanya Perry of Watertown and her companion Cheryl.
Services will be private with burial in Clayton Cemetery.
Donations can be made in her name to Hospice of Jefferson County, 1398 Gotham Street Road, Watertown, NY 13601.

Ruth was one of The Frenchtown Kids on Theresa Street for our entire childhood. We had huge hide and go seek games, baseball, kick ball, and just hanging out. I haven’t seen her in a couple of years. Rest in Peace Ruthie. Love and Peace to her family.
